FAQ

1. What shipping option do you offer?
All purchases are shipped using registered airmail. This provides customers with a tracking number and delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

Please understand that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed, it can take longer due to variety of causes (weather, customs services etc).

Upon dispatch you can track your parcel at http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en whilst it remains in Poland. When it leaves Poland, you can resume tracking at your country's postal service site (some countries do not offer online tracking - this depends on the agreements the destination country has with Poland - in this case, please contact your postal office or customs office by phone to enquire about the mail).

2. Do you cover custom fees/import taxes?
Items shipped outside the European Union may be subjected to import taxes and/or custom fees. Said taxes or fees, if applied by the destination's post office or customs office, are the buyer's responsibility.

3. Can you lower the value on the box?
No, I'm sorry, I can't do that.

4. How long does it take to fulfill my order?
It usually takes about 2-3 business days to ship the order as all items are in-stock and ready for shipping.
During more busy seasons and holidays shipping times can take much longer. Please keep that in mind when purchasing!

5. Do you accept custom orders?
I accept only certain custom orders (usually variations on my own designs), contact me if you're interested!

6. What dolls do you work with?

All items are being shipped from a house with a cat. If you are allergic, please refrain from purchasing or purchase at your own risk.
